You can translate LanguageTool user interface either by downloading the file from the CVS, or by copying messages from here and translating it in a text editor. Ask at the [mailing list] where you should send the file with e-mail, and that's it. Please send the file in UTF-8 encoding, zipped or otherwise compressed.
Note: some messages in OpenOffice.org are supplied by translating two other files, Addons.xcu and description.xml.
